If Settlement Plumbing had a magnet it'd never leave my fridge! Steve is an honest, reliable and friendly gentleman who knows his stuff. My 'new' house had been a rental and unfortunately maintenance had been neglected so I had not dared to use my heating or cooling until I had the units serviced. Steve was recommended by another tradie who'd been doing some work for me. I'm so glad of that referral as Steve has been amazing and saved the day for me. Steve sorted out my ducted heating replacing some damaged duct work under my house back in July 2025. I then asked him to return to service and check my evaporative cooling before attempting to use it in December 2025. Steve was honest, telling me the unit was 22 years old and parts would need replacing but he recommended a new unit believing I'd be wasting money repairing the old when it was likely to only last a year. So I agreed. Steve returned with Matt a week later and replaced my unit on the roof. He explained how it works (leaving windows open seemed crazy to me) and showed me how to use it - I am new to Evaporative Air Conditioning. I really appreciated this. Steve and Matt left my house tidy, taking away the old unit with them. Both professional and lovely gentlemen. Can you see why I'd keep a Settlement Plumbing magnet on my fridge. 😉
