Kosta did an excellent job. He was very patient to listen to my requirement on the phone (I want the lot with a cheap price!) and able to provide me with 2 suitable suggestions in a reasonable price range. He even sent me photos, brand information of the 2 types of toilet suite to help me make the decision. He arrived on time and did the job in a professional manner, cleaning and tidying up after the job was done. The 2 new toilet being installed are even better looking than I expected and functioning well. The most to be praised is that he is very respectful, considerate and transparent in everything he did.
