Scottie is a legend! Highly recommend! He offers honest, professional and prompt service at reasonable prices. Before the appointment he asked me to send through a few pics so we could discuss, and he could come equipped with the correct parts for the job. He arrived on time, was professional and honest, he showed me what he was doing and why and that made me feel at ease that I was not being taken advantage of. Even though the work I requested was mainly in the bathroom he still took the time to check the kitchen for any potential issues. As a first home-owner, I feel much more at ease after his visit. I wish I could give Scott more stars!!! Absolute legend!!! I’m at the top of an old 60’s block of apartments. I struggled with really poor water pressure for years. After many other plumbers either over quoted or couldn’t figure out the problem, I had given up in frustration. I’m so glad I tried one more time and got in contact with Guardian. Straight away Scott understood exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He found a solution that was smart, efficient and saved my bathroom from any damage. He fixed a problem that’s been driving me crazy for years, and in just a day!!! I can’t recommend him enough. He has a great deal of knowledge and experience. Scott is super easy to work with. He has come out to my apartment twice to help with toilet leaks/flushing issues and he gets the job done quickly and easily. Great communication and really friendly demeanour. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing needs!

I couldn’t recommend Scott more highly for his knowledge and honesty. He took the time to properly think through the problem and proposed a way of installing a new hot water system with less lag time and inefficiency. In the end, he suggested an electrician might be able to repair the existing gravity fed system, effectively doing himself out of a job, and he was right. This was after several other plumbers had told me it was beyond repair. Thank you Scott!
