I emailed on the weekend with my query and by Monday morning Steven was over to give me a quote on a bidet installation and he was also able to have my bidet installed within the hour, despite needing to get parts to ensure compliance. He was super informative on what he had done and was also able to advise me on some other plumbing I will book in with the team later this week. Edit: dropping rating as although Steven was great, I have not had any contact regarding the follow up nor certification of compliance that was promised during the initial meeting despite follow up emails
