  I highly recommend Master Plumbers & Roofing for their outstanding service and highly appriciated the great service provided by Mr.Aidan.👍 They recently repaired and restored our house gas supply, from the gas meter right through to the appliances. Licenced plumber and Gas fitter Mr. Aidan carried out a very professional and systematic investigation, identified the exact fault location, and fixed the issue efficiently without wasting any time. Their technical knowledge and methodical approach were truly impressive. What we especially appreciated was that they started the job early in the morning and completed everything promptly. The fees were calculated in a very reasonable and transparent manner, which gave us great confidence and peace of mind. This was not the first time we have used their services. On a previous occasion, they handled our house plumbing work, and once again the service was extremely helpful, professional, and reasonably priced. It is rare to find such reliable, skilled, and honest service providers. We are very grateful and would confidently recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas services.👍

My booked plumber ended up in hospital, it was between Christmas and New Year, and I was seriously stressing. Matt, Emily, Aiden and the team at Master Plumbers and Roofing absolutely came to the rescue. They stepped in without a fuss, weren’t worried about the tight deadlines, and just got on with what needed to be done — exactly what I needed in that moment. They helped me pass my inspection, got all my certificates submitted, and honestly saved the day. The whole experience was professional, calm, and stress-free (which is saying something given the situation!). I can’t recommend them highly enough.   This was the first time using Master Plumbers and I was impressed with the professionalism and quality of work by Aidan. When he identified further issues his communication was outstanding. I would recommend Aidan and Master Plumbers to anyone that needed plumbing work done. Thank you Aidan for not only fixing a problem but doing it with great care.   We have been very fortunate to have the team from Master Plumbers & Roofing coordinate a range of various repairs to our 1980’s house. We have had scaffolding on our double storey house for full gutter replacements, down pipes, leak repairs, spreaders, flashings and a solar panel clean for good measure. Emily has been brilliant. She has worked tirelessly to ensure all of the trades and work to our roof have been undertaken in a timely manner and as promised. She has also coordinated our painter and a roof tiler to complete this massive project. Matt, Aidan and Hayden, and all of the other tradies have done an exceptional job. This massive project has been seamless. Thank you! I highly recommend Master Plumbers & Roofing. 5+ stars!!!
