What an amazing group of people. When our hot water burst last week the service was amazing. From the very beginning the professional team ensured that we were looked after. The plumber arrived promptly and even though it was freezing cold and raining he replaced our unit and left the site clean. Highly recommended this company. Thanks so much.

Woke up to a flooded downstairs bathroom, toilet not flushing and I needed a new tap Installed. Called Mick out, assessed the issues, told me what was needed, went off to Reece, was back in 10 minutes, jobs done in 30 minutes, couldn’t have asked for a better service. Quick, easy and honest. Highly recommend.

First plumber to answer his phone and stick to his word. That's 5 star service there. He told me a day and time and kept me updated. My hot water tank was leaking, called Mick, came and inspected the issue first thing in the morning, gave me a quote which I was happy with. Mick arrived 30mins earlier than initially said and completed the job in a timely manner and packed up once job finished. Mick was happy to answer any questions I had including other plumbing issues. Quick response time, came to my house on time, well mannered and presented. What I believe was very good value with the quality and workmanship. Other plumbers I had contacted didn’t care to get back to me but when they did were quite rude or prices were through the roof as if they were too busy for my business. Had my front tap and meter re piped and cleaned up and hot water service changed over from tank to just a booster so I had more room down side of the house. Would recommend to others and have back for more works at my house when needed.
