Wish to send a thank you for: [1] Bailey/Anthony for doing a brilliant job with our Heat Pump Hot Water System. For speed, courtesy and keeping us in the loop each step of the way with care . Additionally great workmanship and leaving the place spotless. A rare combination thing to find in tradies these days. [2] Elite Trades Australia Team for always letting us know where things are at regarding appointment schedule and job progress As we know tradies may be busy. As such. Some may not even turn up at all. If they do they are often late as it's hard sometimes to know exactly how long things may take. Elite Trades Australia Team is different. They kept us in the loop, allowed us to reply via the web which is a bonus. We can easily type our reply in a computer web page easily and there's a trail if we ever want to check back in history. A wonderful use of technology to benefit all involved. Would look to refer any time to family and friends.

I had my fridge plumbed by Anthony today. He was amazing!! He communicated with me several times during the job to keep me updated on what he was doing. He was so helpful in answering questions and he cleaned up before he left. Prior to me booking this job, I communicated with Jack who was very helpful. He provided an estimate quote based on photos I forwarded. I am very happy with their service. Thank you Elite Trade! You have a new loyal customer.

I highly recommend Ali, Adel & owner Luke at Elite Trades Australia. Ali & Adel installed a new heat pump at my house yesterday & were polite, respectful, punctual, knowledgeable & neat & tidy. What I particularly liked was that when they’d finished they showed me the heat pump & pointed out all the features in a polite & friendly manner. Unfortunately with some other work I had done, the heat pump was disconnected after Ali & Adel had left. I had no hot water & a heat pump which looked dead. I rang Luke after hours & left a message. He rang me straight back & then face timed me as he talked me through reconnecting the heat pump in the dark by torch. Luke was a life saver! I cannot recommend him enough! Kind, polite & respectful & generous with his time & responsible for the products he & his team install. If you want a plumber or a heat pump installed ask for Elite Trades Australia. They are simply the best⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An update about Elite Trades Australia - they returned a week after installing the new heat pump & installed a new electrical switchboard! Adel the electrician was punctual, polite & tidy as well as knowledgeable. He did an amazing job. I’m very grateful for all the hard work & amazing customer service from Luke & Adel. Thank you Elite Trades ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
