We even had a very pleasant chat over the phone. The installer arrived on time to install our new hot water system and was friendly, patient, and thorough. He checked everything carefully and made sure all was tightened and neat — no cutting corners. They even initiated a follow-up visit just 20 minutes later to double-check that everything was perfect, with no complaints or grumpiness at all. Thanks a lot, guys — truly appreciated!

Read moreWe have just replaced a 1938 model hot water service in our Melbourne period home. GJ Law plumbing services did the changeover and were excellent in every respect. They were punctual, polite and exceptionally clean. The changeover was done with a minimum of fuss and with great respect for our old house. The lead plumber was Dominic and his attention to detail was outstanding. We have been dealing with GJ Law for many years and have give them the highest recommendation.
