  We had an emergency plumbing situation over the weekend and called Fast Direct Plumbing on a Saturday. John went absolutely above and beyond to help us out. He understood the urgency of having everything sorted by Monday morning and delivered exactly as promised. Not only did he replace the toilet efficiently and professionally but he also left the space spotless which was such a bonus! John was extremely polite, reliable and clearly takes pride in his work.
