Michael takes pride in his integrity, he is an excellent communicator, is always professional and prompt and, most importantly, cares about his clients. I have had cause to use Everblue four times in the last couple of years (old house) and I am very grateful to have found Michael. My most recent issue was a big one that Michael discovered while cleaning a blocked drain. Michael tried to save me money, by suggesting I use a plumber that had digging and concrete cutting equipment for this large job. After experiencing what sort of sub par service I was going to get from another plumber (not returning calls, quotes that didn't include the whole job, unclear communication, unworkable timelines), I decided Everblue and Michael were worth the extra money in order to get this issue fixed with someone I trust. Thank you for going above and beyond Michael!
