  Lucas is extremely professional, friendly and excellent to deal with. Lucas was called out to provide a second opinion on some work we were quoted by another plumber. He took the time to investigate the cause of an issue and was able to undertake some repair work on the spot rather than requiring as to replace an entire system, which we were extremely grateful for. Lucas was extremely thorough and explained everything to me in detail. I highly recommend Lucas and would not hesitate to work with him again.
