I engaged Vertex to construct a new stormwater junction pit in preparation for a new build. It was a delicate job, with the construction having to occur on my neighbours property. They encountered some unexpected site conditions on the day which they overcame easily, keeping me informed every step of the process. Their work was extremely neat and they left the site as if they hadn’t been there at all. Jimmy was a pleasure to deal with, very competitively priced and his communication was excellent. I would happily recommend Jimmy and his team, and will certainly be using them again for future works.

We had a small job. The plumber arrived at the agreed time and carried out the work efficiently and effectively. We would definitely engage them again.

I have worked with Vertex Plumbing for around 4 years, we have collaborated across multiple projects and have been happy to bring them across with me, when changing business as I progress in my career. Recently we have worked with Vertex on; to date the milestone project of mine. Vertex were involved with the civil drainage component as well as supplying water to the site to power toilet and drinking fountains, which they also installed. They also assisted with earthworks whilst on site, which was really handy. Jimmy and his team are great to deal with throughout the whole process, they assisted with the water authorities, hold point inspections with council representative, client communication and worked in conjunction with our site supervisor and around other trades on site (it was like having a second supervisor!) They are flexible with their approach to work, work efficiently on site and neatly on site and are great to communicate with and very professional. Vertex are always there when they say they will be, and always hit program. As a project manager, you can’t ask for much more, I would happily recommend Vertex Plumbing to others and I will be using them again.
