  Ashley was responsive and attended my property to investigate a drainage issue and whilst it turned out to be a matter that had to be referred onto our OC, his advice and approach was spot on. He even was patient enough to give me some generic plumbing advice re other issues and added in a quick fix of my leaky pipe (misaligned thread doh) that he did not have to do. He does not talk down to you as many trades often do, and he charged fairly, given it was a Saturday call-out and the expertise and advice meant I ultimately got the matter seen to quickly no further cost.
