Believe the 5 star reviews. Rang at 3pm on a Saturday with a blocked sewer pipe. Around 6pm Jim the friendly, informative and very capable "Drain Pro" turns up. Under 2 hours and everything is fixed. Jim encouraged me to look over his shoulder at the camera vision of the blockage and fine tree roots. Did it cost? Of course. Would I try to find someone cheaper next time? Absolutely not. Top quality people and equipment.

Contacting Drainpro was quick and easy, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Their customer service team was friendly and efficient, and their plumber, Jim, was excellent. He carried out a thorough inspection of the inspection shaft using a camera, identified the tree roots causing the blockage, and resolved the issue with hydro jetting. Jim took the time to clearly explain what was happening and what he was doing, which I really appreciated. Highly professional service all around — would definitely recommend!

Today, we had ‘Joe’ from DrainPro visited in the morning to fix the drain and sewer blockages at our house and our neighbour’s. From the moment I contacted the company, they were very professional. The plumber arrived within 45 minutes and explained all the costs after inspecting the issue. He managed to complete the job within two hours and resolved a major problem that had been troubling us for the past three days. Before contacting DrainPro, we had reached out to several other plumbers, but they either failed to fix the issue or quoted us extremely high prices. We’re lucky we finally found the right company — they offered a reasonable price and solved the problem efficiently. We’ll definitely stay in touch with DrainPro for any future plumbing needs.

The Drainpro guys really rescued us during a plumbing emergency! We had a blockage deep in our house drain system which affected all drains in the house, blocking fully or partially the sinks in the kitchen, laundry, bathroom, the toilet and shower. They had someone over in about 3hrs, saw the issue, gave us a quote (just under $600, a good price) and started work immediately. Jaimes who came, did a fantastic job, he was friendly, professional and finished the job promptly and well. Jaimes even cleaned up a mess that we made trying to fix the problem the day before. All drains were completely unblocked and functional, with clean up within 2.5hrs. They had the tools, and experience to solve a big problem that a skilled handyman can't.
