I had a plumbing problem with a leaking pipe under ground near my water meter and called RACV Trades about it. Luke came out pretty Quickly around 6pm from your team to check what was the problem and after finding the cause had to organize Jeremy to come out the next day to fix the leak . It required quite a bit of work to repair but nothing seemed a problem for Jeremy. Beachside Plumbing are lucky to have such a skilled , experienced and knowledgeable young fella like Jeremy. 👍

Beachside Plumbing truly lives up to their strapline: Extracare on every job. From the first call, the service was outstanding. Michelle handled our initial enquiry promptly and with genuine care. Mel kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes, managing the schedule and making sure nothing slipped. Then there was Rob — a rare mix of good old-fashioned service and deep technical knowledge. He knew our Brivis Evaporative Air unit inside out and fixed the issue with confidence and care. Every interaction showed attention, pride in their work, and a willingness to help. They went well beyond what you’d expect — and did it all on Christmas Eve Eve, no less. Nothing was too much trouble. I can’t recommend Beachside Plumbing highly enough. Exceptional service from start to finish, and they’ll absolutely be our first call again.

Recently had Nathan from Beachside plumbing come out to quote and perform two jobs. Quote was very reasonable, he offered some suggestions that resulted in a better outcome and the job was done well. Would definitely get him back on other jobs in the future.

We have used Beachside Plumbing extensively this year. They did our bathroom/laundry renovation, storm water unblocking, toilet cistern replacement and colourbond roof replacement. All their staff have been polite, enthusiastic and professional. In such a large scope of work there are always some hiccups, but these have been dealt with in a very professional manner and to our full satisfaction. Great people to deal with and a shout out to Dean, Harrison, Andrew, Travis, Melanie and all the rest of the staff.

Harrison and the team were amazing throughout the process of works. Needed repairs on behalf of my mum. Great communication and came on time. Highly recommend. Thank you.
