He showed us videos and photos of the line rusted and explained that our water pressure was exceeding way over what it should be at, which can effectively be the cause of the burst pipe along with the rust. He gave us 3 different options on repairs. Within 24 hours the team had regulated my water pressure and replaced my old line with new copper. Very swift, transparent and efficient
