These guys are genuinely fantastic — professional, reliable, and super easy to deal with from start to finish. They were super responsive and fast to intervene on a plumbing issue. They are also the official installer for the AcquaCo Filters and they did a great job. Highly recommended to anyone who wants the job done right!

Glenn who did the quote was really knowledgeable and thorough. Quintin and Baz who did the work (plumbed in fridge from outside line/laundry into kitchen) were great -friendly, competent and respectful, and they even cleaned up after themselves! (Not a given!) I would highly recommend Apex Trades. The difference in their knowledge and professionalism compared to the first company I got out to do a quote was marked. I should also say I really appreciated their flexibility too when I had to change plans last minute because of a pet emergency. Thanks to Liam in the office for rebooking the appointment with no hassles at all.

Very happy with the installation of two new toilets to replace old outdated units organised and purchased via Bunnings. Rod did a great job with the installation, cleaned up afterwards took old toilets away and even added a couple more jobs I requested of him. Was expecting staining and cracked tiles from the removal of the old toilets but much to my surprise you would never know there was an older unit there before. It all cleaned up nicely. On the same day Rod quoted and installed a new vanity, shower heads and taps that I had already purchased previously. He thoroughly cleaned up afterwards and took old tape ware and vanity away including all packaging. No mess left at all. Rod did stellar work. Would highly recommend Apex Trades for future plumbing needs.
