Petrelli Plumbing provided excellent service. We needed two bathroom taps replaced and a leaking kitchen pipe fixed. The plumber who came (Chaz) was very efficient and sorted everything out within one morning. It was one of the smoothest service experiences we've ever had!

In the process of getting tiling work done in our bathroom, we were put in contact with Ricky from Petrelli Plumbing. From the outset, Ricky arranged to visit the unit making arrangements directly with the tenant and being punctual and respectful at all times. Ricky identified the necessary tasks and provided a clearly itemised and competitive quote for the works required (removing vanity to facilitate tile replacement and replacing the vanity with one that fitted back into constrained location including new taps and drain outlet). Ricky and his team communicated really well with us, including providing helpful advice on the types of vanity we should select from, and liaised respectfully with the tenant regarding each stage of the works. Ricky also coordinated with the other contractors (Megasealed) and scheduled the work promptly to ensure the job was completed on time. All of the work was done efficiently and seamlessly in conjunction with the tilers and always to a very high standard. At all times the team were respectful and left everything clean and tidy after each stage of the work. Each stage was done as quoted and on time. The results were fantastic and like new, thanks to Ricky and the team. We have no hesitation in recommending Petrelli Plumbing and we will definitely use them again if and when necessary.
