Elie assisted us last minute this afternoon and honestly went above and beyond to resolve all our issues, he did not rush and took his time. His communication before arrival and throughout the appointment was excellent. He was highly knowledgeable, answering all our questions clearly and confidently. Elie was also extremely professional, kind, and respectful.. especially towards our golden retriever, who happily followed him around the whole time! Such an awesome service from Elie, called me within 5-10 minutes of making an online enquiry and was able to come out to remove wasps within 15 minutes of the call!!! Thank you Elie for your amazing service. Such a genuine person who is very courteous, professional and thorough. We had a dog and kids at home at the time of treatment and Elie made sure to talk us through step by step about the process so we knew exactly what timeframe we had and when to move outdoors with the kids or take the dog for a little walk whilst he treated certain areas. We had a slight muck up in dates and Elie rectified the situation with complete professionalism. He pretty much gave our second treatment as a Christmas present because of the date mix up. We had booked for the general pest control treatment and German cockroaches for first treatment. He definitely honours his warranty as he spotted ants on our front yard upon arriving for our second treatment for german cockroaches and went ahead and treated the ants again which we really appreciated. Treatment seems to be working wonders and haven’t noticed anymore annoying little German cockroaches. He is such an honest person and so easy to work with.
