Highly recommend Adept Plumbing. The staff are all so friendly, helpful and efficient. I can’t thank Caitlin, Matt and John enough for organising and fixing my gas pipe so quickly. I am so happy with John’s workmanship and attention to detail. Thank you all once again.

Had a great experience from start to finish plumber arrived on time diagnosed the issue had a water leak from a pipe leading from the downstairs bedroom to the upstairs bathroom. Had to cut a hole in the wall to make the repair. Nice neat job very positive experience.

Extremely impressed with the speedy and professional service! Called them in the morning and get the leak fixed by 11am. Took only 15 minutes or so. The team Zack and Maika was efficient, attentive, and made the whole process seamless. Also helped did a quick check around the house to ensure no other issues. Highly recommend them to anyone needing timely, reliable and expert assistance. 👍👍

If you want the job done right, I highly recommend this company. Matt and Maika were on time, polite, and professional, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and our options for fixing it so we could make an informed decision with no surprises. They provided great advice and service. Caitlin in the office was also fantastic, she explained the pricing upfront, took the time to understand the issues, and made the booking process easy and stress-free, we had a reasonable window to expect them and even a tracking system.

Highly recommend Adept Plumbing & Gas. From our call explaining our issue, to the booking the job in, the sms advising us Aaron was on this way. Aaron inspecting our hot water service, giving the prognosis, advising us the quote to repair. Then replacing the parts required. We had hot water again.
