The boys were on time and also let me know when they were 30mins away. Nick and Boyd were wonderful: polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Nick explained everything fully before and during work and was happy to answer any of my questions. Nick gave me free advice on other plumbing issues and ... Absolute legends at Old Mate Plumbing! Our hot water system died. I called Marshall who came round the same day. The team set us up with a temporary hot water system so we weren't left having cold showers, then got the brand new tank sorted and installed perfectly. Everything was spot on and on time. Communication was awesome. It was honestly such a refreshing change from the usual tradie experience I'm used to. Marshall and the team went above and beyond. In the last two weeks I’ve had both my toilets repaired. Both are working fine now. Then I’ve had both my shower heads replaced with an overhead shower head and a hand held shower hose. A hand rail installed in my shower. I’m so pleased with the results. Nick the young plumber who carried out the work was quick and professional. Nothing was a bother to him.
