What really stood out was how honest and helpful he was — he even saved me money by reusing my existing water heater pan, which knocked $60 off the cost. Nick was very helpful and accommodating when I enquired about the supply and installation of a new hot water system, and although I was at first shocked at the price quoted, I soon realised from other enquiries that it was actually adequately priced. And because I'd known from family and neighbours of Nick's workmanship as they had recommended him, I went ahead and booked him. Well, I'm glad I did. He takes pride in his work and did a great job. Super chill bloke that just gets on with the job, and I'll definitely use him in the future
