Highly recommend I live on one of the SMBI Islands. It can be difficult to get trades, especially for a task as large as installing a Septic System. I phoned and it went to voicemail. Nearly fell over when I got a return phone call and when I asked do you service the Island - YES! Then follow up questions from them and it was obvious that they knew what they were doing. I was emailed a very detailed quote. I paid a deposit (around 10%) Within 2 weeks a team arrived. Streamlined, efficient, all knew what to do. The entire job was done within the one day. Plus they left the site looking level and clean! Their costings also includes the first 3 Services as well. If you live on Russell, Macleay, Lamb or Karragarra, I can’t recommend these guy’s highly enough. Not cheap but well worth it. Thanks guys - really appreciate your great work 👍

We were on a tight timeline and Michael delivered a fast turnaround report without cutting corners. Communication was clear, professional, and prompt the entire way through, and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s rare to find someone who combines speed, competence, and genuine care but Michael did exactly that. Highly recommend Express Wastewater Service to anyone needing reliable, efficient wastewater assessments. Thanks, Michael.
