Reline Solutions

I have used Jason's services twice now and both times he has been superb. His work is good, he is very responsive, and is good value. I had to call him on a public holiday for a broken pipe and he returned my call within minutes. I would highly recommend.

Called up Jason, asked him about carrying out a job that I thought would be difficult, instead of accepting the job he told me I should be able to do it myself and guided me on how to do it to save some money. I haven't used Reline Solutions but I can bet my bottom dollar if I did, I'd be dealing with an honest business, thanks mate.

Jason and Mel came out to my home after a different plumber couldn't remove loads of gravel from within the main sewer which was causing blockage. Jason very quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem to a broken branch pipe. They cleaned out the gravel and relined the broken branch pipe with minimal fuss. So far okay. I had to fix the wall which needed a hole punched into it for access reason, but that's just life. The cost was a bit high but there was lots to do so really no complaints.

I will post a "first impressions" review after service from @relinesolutions. From the first phone contact until the blocked sewer cleared took 24 hrs. It could have been much shorter but I determined it was not urgent. I was most impressed from the moment the team arrived at my house. After an initial inspection the appropriate equipment was unloaded from their large van and work commenced. Extensive tree root penetration was cleared and a camera evaluation conducted. I was then given a most professional, but easy to understand, report on the damage to the pipes. Then the various options were detailed to me and all my questions answered. Stage one completed to my absolute satisfaction. I have booked for a complete sewer reline such is my confidence in the team.
