Craig was awesome and a real problem solver with some of the challenges we had with the kitchen renovation. He did such quality work at a very competitive price I had him come back as our unit complex preferred plumber. He solved many water issues and again at cheaper rates to previous contractors. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him for our future renovations.

Craig was absolutely fantastic! He was punctual and arrived exactly when he said he would — no long waits and no chasing up. Super friendly bloke who went above and beyond to make sure our plumbing issue was fixed properly. You can tell he genuinely cares about the quality of his work. I’ve used aqua direct plumbing for multiple jobs, ranging from dealing with blocked drainage pipes to replacing tapware, showers and basins through out our property. Craig is always timeous and has the courtesy to let you know if running late, a rare trait I find these days. Very pleased with the service. Our Tenants spoke very highly of the service they received from Craig particularly as it was around the Christmas break. Craig liaised with the electrician to ensure the Hot Water was restored. He even went that bit extra by ringing the next day to ensure everything was working for the tenants.
