Excellent service from the entire team! Plumbers Seth and Paul were professional, polite and efficient. We requested a detailed report of the works performed and that was addressed without hesitation. We had an ongoing issue with a drain and Mackenzy was very helpful and kind with escalating our concern. Izaak addressed our issue raised on the same day. Excellent customer service and the team are responsive and respectful. We will definitely be using Refined Plumbing as our local service provider. Thank you !

Justin and Paul from Refined Plumbing were able to fix my hot water system leak and replace the faulty mildred valve on the 1st visit. They explained everything well and provided various options dependent on finances. Very professional and genuinely nice guys. Emailed my issue on discovery of the leak at 3am on a monday and they were able to tell me what to do until they arrived 1st thing wednesday morning. Most helpful and now my hot water system is working well. Will definately use them again and recommend them for friends and family on the Sunshine coast.

e had a plumbing issue on Thursday & phoned Refined.We were called back quickly by a very friendly & helpful Mackenzie.A few hours later Izaak arrived again very helpful & friendly .Asked a lot of questions & problem solving .In no time at all the problem was solved , the different solutions explained, the cost involved & how would we like to proceed.The work carried out & care taken was excellent by the whole team. The next day we were contacted to see if there were any issues. Now that is super service 😁

I wasn’t expecting the cost, but Izaak was incredibly honest and clear in explaining my options (and very patient with my Staffy pup - Toby, jumping all over him!). He offered several solutions for my rainwater tank issue and had the job completed that morning. He even kept me updated about my Scaredy Cat (Toby) while I was at work. 🙏 The admin team replied to my online enquiry almost instantly and communicated very effectively and clearly, which made things so much easier with my work schedule. HIGHLY recommend Izaak and Refined Plumbing — friendly, efficient and genuinely great service!

Isaac was very helpful. He gave me alternatives with fixing my water heater. He could have just installed a new one and I wouldn't have questioned it. Instead he was able to fix the existing one.
