After weeks of trying to figure out why, we found out it was due to using a bodgy plumber so gave the boys at Ozflow a call to come and carry out some leak detection tests. They were thorough and extensively carried out searches and tests to locate where this issue may be coming from. Took some time but eventually found out that it was from a broken drainage pipe behind the tiles. Couldn’t recommend Ozflow enough !!

Read moreDon’t go anywhere else - best plumbing business! I recently engaged Ozflow Plumbing for a plumbing project that involved replacing old steel pipes with new copper ones. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. Michael, Jason and the team’s professionalism and friendliness made the entire experience really easy. Especially after I’d had a water emergency with a broken pipe and no water. They went above and beyond completing the pipe replacement quickly and seamlessly, and they also took the time to fix my stormwater pipe, which was an unexpected bonus. The did an outstanding job digging up the lawn. They were very careful, leaving the area looking remarkably neat. After just two weeks and a light topsoil layer, you wouldn’t even know that 10 meters of lawn had been dug up—everything blended back together beautifully. The quality of their work was exceptional, and their pricing was competitive and reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. I highly recommend Michael and his team for any plumbing needs and will certainly reach out to them for future projects. Thank you again for your excellent work!
