Glen spent 10 minutes talking to us over the phone explaining various options and suggested the best option for our situation. Here's one star each for the points below 1. Excellent communication 2. Same day hot water tank replacement 3. Neat job and clean site before they left 4. Team of 5 worked like a flawless orchestra 5. Above all fair prices. We had a leak in our bathroom wall and I was referred to Stuart Plumbing & Hot Water. From the very start, Lisa was extremely helpful and booked us in for the next available time, which was only a short wait. The young men we had turn up were absolutely delightful to deal with, explaining everything thoroughly and were overall very pleasant the entire time. They used a tarp on the floor, being mindful of making mess, kept me updated throughout and cleaned up after themselves. We were extremely happy with the service and will be keeping them on file for our future plumbing needs. Thank you very much to Stuart Plumbing and staff and we highly recommend. A+
