Menken installed a whole house water filtration system from mains and a new hot water system and relocation. After research and multiple plumbers coming out to assess our plumbing needs, we went with Menken and so glad we did. Luke came out multiple times to answer our questions, look at the job and needs, even before we started the job. He was honest, professional and helpful with all our plumbing enquiries. He was on time 99%. Luke seems very knowledgeable and cares about his work. He even considered our toddler when installing the hot water system, covering any potential hazardous pipes. He never complained about the job or made us feel bad for the projects we had in mind. We will be using Menken again in the very near future.
