We are beyond happy with our ensuite renovation by Joel Aitken Plumbing and Bathrooms — it is absolutely amazing. Joel and his entire team were outstanding from start to finish. From the demolition team, carpenter, gyprocker, tiler, painter, right through to the glass installers, we honestly couldn’t fault a single one of them. Every person involved showed great attention to detail, was super friendly, always on time, and exceptional at keeping the worksite clean and tidy. Nothing was ever too hard — if something needed changing, it was handled without any issue. The LED lighting is a real stand-out feature for us and has added a beautiful touch of luxury to our ensuite. Joel and his team truly brought our vision to life, and we can’t thank them enough. Joel and his fabulous team just finished renovating our main bathroom- Cannot thank them enough for going above and beyond!! From start to finish nothing was ever a drama for the guys, happy to answer any of our questions and never made to feel silly. Every trade that walked through the door was extremely friendly and I felt comfortable having them in the house while my kids and I were here. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress free Reno.

They all had great attention to detail, super friendly and all were always on time. Also nothing was ever to hard for them if something needed changing. Our bathroom went from dull to modern and glowing. The led lights are a stand out feature to us and has completely changed the vibe of our bathroom, it has added a touch of luxury. We cannot thank Joel enough. Our hot water system stopped working on Wednesday night by Thursday afternoon we had a new hot water system fitted and working.
