We've been using Nat at Ezi Plumbing for at least two years now. Nat is prompt, has great work ethics & is up for any challenge, nothing is ever a problem. He's very good at what he does, always tries to accomodate us with what needs to be done & is really tidy. Nat is one of the most experienced plumbers I've known. We had issues with our instant hot water system. Called Nat and he attended to the situation same day. He installed a new unit the next day giving us a piece of mind. I first contacted EZI Plumbing about a year ago when I needed an urgent call out for busted bathroom tap inlet. It was Saturday of a long weekend so the timing wasn't good. I was pleasantly surprised when Nat said he'd be there in a couple of hours no problem, unlike the two plumbers I'd tried prior. That afternoon my bathroom had running water again with new taps put in that I was going to try do myself. His pricing was beyond reasonable considering the circumstances. Nat has since been our go to plumber for myself and my elderly mum who lives nearby. He fixed a problem with a new dishwasher installation and put an extension arm on the tap so, as she likes to do, can reach it to turn off. This week he changed over external turn taps to lever handles so mum can now use the hoses. It's just nice to know that if something needs doing and it may only be a small job, he'll be there with a nice smile.

I called Nat to come and look at a non urgent leak on my water tank, thinking it would take a few weeks for someone to come out, however I called at 2pm and Nat was happy to come on his way home from work within 2hrs. He was friendly, professional and being a woman home alone I felt comfortable with him as well as listened to. I didn't feel like I had to wait for my husband to be home to talk for me. I don't feel like I was over-charged, his rates are very reasonable. Nat will be our new go-to plumber and we've recommended him to everyone.
