Not only did he resolve the flow issues with the pipework, but he also took the time to ensure the final result was neat, tidy and aesthetically pleasing. Tom was punctual, efficient and clearly very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and the solution in a way that was easy to understand, which gave us complete confidence in the work being done. I appreciated his prompt communication the moment I called him & he is very responsive. His quotes are reasonable & and the job is done to a high standard with efficiency.   From start to finish Tom made sure all our plumbing works went smoothly. Incredibly friendly and engaged, Tom took the time to really understand our issues and both propose and explain solutions. Communication was easy with Tom being super responsive and organised. The works were very fairly priced and executed quickly and cleanly to a high standard. We definitely will be calling on High Calibre Plumbing again in future and strongly recommend to anyone seeking a plumber in the area!

  I am highly recommending Tom from High Calibre Plumbing. He is proactive, very skilled in his trade and easy to talk with. He fixed without much fuzz the issue on my rainwater tank pumping system and now is beautifully working and the pump "cycling" issue is now resolved. We got swarmed and bitten by nasty stingers but we survived in the process ha ha. We can now sleep well at night. 😎 Thanks heaps Tom ! 👍
