Friendly guys who turned up promptly after notification that they were on the way, toilet was fixed in about 30-45 minutes, kept in the loop about what was happening when they were going in and out of my residence. Left the floor a bit wet and some dirty marks on and around the area where they worked but nothing too major and easy enough to clean up afterwards. Would recommend based on communication throughout the job and getting job done with not too much mess left behind.

Updated review: This was the second time we had Immerse out to our property as same as before, absolutely fantastic. The tradesmen that work there are extremely polite and professional. They take the time to explore the area to find the issue. No mess was left. Were always happy to have them in our home. Had a young man attend our rental property today for some plumbing maintenance and overall it was a really great experience. This is the first time we've had Immerse out and it was fantastic. The first plumber from another place spent all of 5 minutes in the property trying to sort multiple things and nothing was accomplished or found which led the issue to keep getting worse. The young man today actually spent time going through each spot and exploring the issue which included getting onto the roof to check the gutters. He was very polite, professional, and even offered to remove his boots which is something I personally really appreciated. He was able to find the problem because he spent the time vs someone just rushing to the next job. He also checked a drain for me and offered advice which was so appreciated! Definitely would recommend!

The times I have dealt with Immerse Plumbing have been very positive, they are very friendly and have been nothing but a pleasure to deal with. The boys were very friendly and informative and always on time. Phone communication the same, always friendly and accommodating when the time didn't suit me. I would give them a ten really.
