Chris is amazing at what he does. Comprehensive, meticulous and ensures the job is completed and completed well. He returned a second day for us to ensure all was working as it should and throughout the experience he took the time to explain what the issue was, how he was going to aim to fix it and why it had occurred with a follow up chat after he had left. Very reasonably priced and a job well done. We will definitely be using him for our future plumbing needs and will recommend him to our local friends. Communication from start to finish was 5 stars. We recently took ownership of a property and soon realised that most of the bathroom fixtures needed replacing. I was given a business card with a high recommendation for Chris at Black Buck Plumbing and Gas. I phoned Chris to discuss all of the concerns, straight away Chris put me at ease reassuring me that it can all be resolved. He was so helpful, professional and very polite. An email was sent confirming my appointment date and time. On the day, I received a call telling me he was 15 min away, Chris arrived on time with a smile and my new toilet in hand. We ran through all of the issues, and a couple more that arose since making the appointment, again reassuring me that it can all be fixed. Chris quickly got to work installing the toilet, vanity, shower head, bath tap sets and taking care of the other issues. Nothing was a problem, he just got on with the job, he keeping me informed about the issues. He is diligent, professional, polite and so relaxed, always saying, “any issues let me know, that is what we are here for.”

We had Chris come out yesterday to fix a leak in our hot water system. Chris also kindly checked all of our sinks and plumbing in our house which he is returning to fix a few odd jobs for us at a later date. Chris is always really informative and a friendly person.
