I was previously having issues with a 'PE' error code and bad smells due to incorrect drainage height. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and offered a great solution by installing a double spigot trap instead of a simple Y-connector. They ensured the 'high loop' was correctly positioned to stop any siphoning or odors. Very happy with the quality of work and the clear communication. Highly recommend them for anyone in the Hills District needing expert plumbing help!

Greg inspected and advised a replacement given the age of the current unit (>12 years) and likely high repair costs. He recommended a plumbing supplier who had a very good price on the unit for me and then came around and replaced the old unit very promptly. we now have hotter hot water and better water pressure/flow. Greg is a friendly guy and his charges are very reasonable - would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Read moreGSM Plumbing carried out for us storm water and subsoil drainage works around a block of units in April 2020. The work involved: Removal of 90+ tonnes of soil Removal of concrete pathways and 1/3 of the parking area Place plastic lining around the building after the soil was removed Connection of four new gutter down pipes to the storm water drainage Install agricultural drains Install two 600 x 600 storm water pits Connect the storm water pits to the curb Replace sections of old underground potable water copper pipe Put crushed concrete fill around in ground pipes After laying drainage pipes filled back area of building with crushed concrete to ensure good drainage Installation of slot drains Appoint a good concreter to replace the pathways, bin area and 1/3 of parking area Reinstate the site by laying turf, planting a hedge and mulching with wood chips. Greg, Patrick and Nick were great to deal with. They provided phone, email, photo and video updates of the work done and worked around tenants in the building. If there was an issue or a change required, Greg would call to sort it out. As with all external work subject to weather, the job took longer than expected but the final result solved water logging and rising damp issues around the building.

This is my second time contacting them and again a 10/10 service. Our drains blocked by tree roots and it’s much worse than what we thought but thank you Greg for the advice!
