  I’m not someone that normally writes reviews but I couldn’t be more impressed of the work Ryan and his team at Fitzgerald plumbing completed at my house. I was frantic when my house was flooding from the roof, which turned out to be a burst water pipe. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their professionalism, responsiveness and efficiency was second to none. They arrived on time(in fact early) and thank god they did or I could be floating out to sea. They clearly explained the issue, and walked me through the repair options and process without any pressure. They repaired the burst pipe in no time at all and saved more damages to my house. They left the area spotless and made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving and they did it all with a smile on their face and let me tell you I wouldn’t be smiling with the job they had to do. Their pricing was amazing with no hidden costs what they quote is what it is and in fact they saved me money from more damages. It’s rare to find a plumber who is not only skilled at what they do but also courteous and trustworthy. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable plumbing services. I’ll definitely be calling them again for any future needs!

Curtis did excellent work both times — sourcing a part another plumber couldn’t find and completing the job promptly when it arrived, and making a small urgent repair using a better-quality replacement part. Fantastic service.

  What started with a phone call to Jenny who could not be more helpful and pleasant. Jenny kept me updated on the booking time and arrangement through the whole process. When Brian came and completed all the required work at my home. He was kind and kept me informed the whole time of his progress. I would highly recommend these gents anytime.
