Had been having problems with our hot water system for some time. After a search on Google I phoned High Gear expecting to get an appointment in a couple of days time. To my surprise the plumber, Rob, was at the house within 2 hours, located the problem in minutes and fixed in half an hour. Very happy with the service, cost and attitude of the company and will certainly use them in the future.

We asked for their help with the storm water drainage at our front yard and we are very happy with their service. Rob and his team were incredibly efficient and amiable. They were were absolutely lovely, professional and very experienced. We are assured that there is now adequate drainage and won't have to worry with heavy rains. We also asked for their second opinion as another plumber mentioned there was nothing else that could be done with the water hammer in the Ensuite. Rob took the time to explain exactly what was going on and suggested an alternative solution. He even gave lots of practical advise with other household plumbing which we truly appreciate. Would highly recommend.

Thank you MNCP for fixing our drainage problem. They were able to get out to us the next day and fix the problem with our drain in less then a couple of hours and the guys who came out were super friendly too. I had a fanatastic experience with the MNC Plumbing service . I had few other plumber companies come and quote me ridiculous amount but their MNC plumbing was so friendly and affordable I will be doing any of my future plumbing services with them , 10/10 overall experience , highly recommend them for any of your plumbing services. - very quick communication and very time efficient , work was done quickly and cleanly and with explanation of all options will definitely call them back for future work :)
