A 5-star plumbing experience for our bathroom renovation. From initial contact, through to quote and completion Brad from Summit was easy to contact, willing to go beyond (i.e. multiple pre-install inspections), he was always on-time and had a positive problem-solving attitude to any situation that came up. Thanks for all of your help Brad!

I called up Brad at Summit Plumbing short notice in Dec 2025 seeking a plumber in the local area to undertake a ensuite reno. Brad was able to come over within a day, perform the rough in and then come back after the tiling was done and fit all the bathroom components again at pretty short notice. Brad and his offsider were very professional, informative and did quality work at a great price. I will be doing the main bathroom early in the new year and will be more organised this time and will definitely be using Summit Plumbing Services again. Brad really works with the customer to ensure you get the best value and honest trustworthy advice. Now onto the Main Bathroom reno Feb 26, again, I couldn't go past Brad and Summit Plumbing Services. He did such a good job I got in early and arranged for Brad to do the rough in, and then the install for all the items plus a big bit of work for a new bath this time. Again, great service, really happy how he involves the client in decisions. Brad takes great pride in his work and I notice he is training his apprentice very well in the trade. Final installation of the vanity, toilet, bath and shower fittings done and again, very impressed. Both days were pretty full on as there was a lot of work involved and Brad again teaching his apprentice how the trade works and how to do it properly and with care and consideration for the best results. I had to move the days just prior to the final installation but Brad was able to accommodate those changes. I can't say enough how impressed I am with the quality of the work, the pride in workmanship and communication that Brad and Cameron put into their work. That is why I got them back again after the ensuite for the main bathroom and have a fair idea I will be getting them back for the granny flat upgrades and some other plumbing issues around the house.

We had an excellent experience with Brad and Cameron from Summit Plumbing Services. Communication was clear and consistent and the work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Brad kept us informed throughout the whole process and both Brad and Cameron were friendly, reliable and genuinely professional. Great service. Brad was able to come out on short notice to fix our blocked kitchen sink. He was professional, friendly and easy to deal with. I’ll definitely call Summit again next time we need a plumber.
