Australian Hot Water- Macarthur

Replaced my old hot water heater with a heat pump. The new tank went under my deck (old one was under the house). Everything went smoothly. They turned up on time, did a very neat install, and cleaned up afterwards. Very easy to deal with. Note they don't do the electrics so organised a local electrician for the same day. The unit has an build in timer that I set for the middle of the day when I have spare solar. It runs at about 1kw for 1.5hours. Very happy with it.

Apologies to the other hot water place. Hot water service decided to become a "fountain of youth" at my mother's place. Called Kevin who was most professional and gave me, over the phone, a true estimate of the cost. Never had any problems with Australian Hot Water (Leumeah) before so Kevin sent Paul. Paul did an excellent installation, considering the site is not pristine new. He installed a made in Australia Rheem, almost the same as before. Hopefully plenty of hot water in the morning for Mum. Thank you Kevin and Paul.

My gas water heater stopped working unexpectedly, I contacted these guys, they answered the phone really fast and were able to come out within a few hours to replace the broken system. The system has 12 years warranty on the heater which is much better than the previous one of 3 years.

I strongly recommend Kevin, he supplied and installed aquamax for us, he was very straight forward, easy going and helpful. He came over, installed the system, he cared about every little detail. He wrapped the pipes in foam for protection, organized the pipes neatly and hot water system is securely installed. I enjoyed his service. Professional and excellent job! He also walked me through how to turn it on and off and gave me a lot of details about the product when I asked. He is the go to person in this field! And I trusted his prices too.

Old system was overdue for replacement. Guys at Australian Hot Water Macarthur made it easy and very competitive with pricing.
