I wish I could give more than 5 stars! These guys were FANTASTIC! Truly great service. They responded quickly to my initial enquiry, and were on time for both the quote and then installation. The boys who came for the installation were great and friendly. Lee then returned my call within 5 minutes when I had another small problem and that was sorted within a few hours. Absolutely would recommend HPG Solutions!

Good service and quality work. Did some maintenance work on my roof replacing broken and cracked roof tiles. After calling a few roof repairers who never returned my calls HPG Solutions were able to do the job. Great price and very reliable team of tradesman I would recommend these guys.

I contacted Lee to have one of the drains cleaned. He was professional and honest about sending one of his guys to my house on a Sunday, which would have cost me additional money. On Monday, Julian was on-site. It took him 15 minutes to clear the drain, and he explained the problem and how I could prevent it in the future. I will use HPG the next time I need plumbing work! Professional and excellent customer service! Great work Lee and the team.

The guys got stuck into the job as soon as I confirmed the quote. Very streamlined quoting process, to the easability of confirming the job online once I got the quotes through. Really good communication with a text message to say when the team were booked in, and when they were on approach on the day. I'd tried other local plumbers and couldn't even get a call back! Once they got started on the job they were here every day till it was completed. Left the place really tidy and even put topsoil down where they had to dig up in the garden to put in new pipework. The team were always on time each day, very friendly and polite. They walked me through and showed me the work done before finishing up on the final day. Absolute professionals, very reasonably priced for the work done, and a really reliable team. I absolutely recommend HPG, thanks again guys.
