I reached out to MD on a Thursday late afternoon in a state of panic and stress due to an unreasonable water bill spike. From the very beginning, MD's professionalism and expertise put me at ease. Despite the late hour, MD patiently listened to my concerns and asked a series of questions over the phone to diagnose the possible leak. To my relief, MD agreed to come and fix the issue the very next morning, even though I had to leave for Melbourne and couldn't be present at the property.   Was going through my regular house maintenance checklist and noticed some fraying and rust on the flexi hose under my kitchen sink. The valve was located in a tight spot and as much as I tried to reach the connection, it was out of reach. Probably should’ve tried this before the Christmas weight stacked on 😂. Called Harris after lunch and explained the situation. I sent some photos to highlight the tight spot and within the hour, he had organised one of his boys to come out and replace the out of reach flexi hose. Harris was professional and understanding, making the entire encounter a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Harris and his team for any plumbing requirements. Thanks Harris 😄

  After moving to a new properly we wanted to install a new back to wall toilet but found it difficult as a disability toilet was installed which was far from the wall . I have called 3 plumbers(all with 5 start review only ) and all said that its a very big job as the floor needs to dig out and tiler needs to be involved. Then I called Haris and he was confident that he could do it without digging the floor and provided a reasonable quote . He inspected the site before the job and installed the commode nicely. Based on my experience I think his workmanship is very good and he is quite knowledgeable when it comes to tricky work .I would recommend him highly and will use again for any future work .
