Josh from Fix It Right Plumbing (Canberra) was fantastic. He gave me a 30-minute heads up before arriving and was super friendly and easy-going from the start. He thoroughly inspected an unusual leak issue and also checked the rest of the property, identifying a few things I wasn’t aware of. I really appreciated his honesty and clear communication about the best way forward, especially considering cost and time. The free call-out fee and comprehensive inspection are huge selling points. Highly recommend — I’ll update this review should I move ahead with the quoted work.

He completed our “Doomsday prepping so we ain’t stressing” project on our water tanks and I was so impressed with his expertise, great customer service, service options, quick quoting and quick turn around to complete our job. Best plumbing service ever! Great professional advice, investigation and solution to an unknown irrigation issue outside. Josh cane out within 2 hrs of my call, the admin service was excellent and went the extra mile to check availability. My problem was an emergency following a large leak spring forming a large pool of water. Great attitude. Will hire this plumber for my new kitchen renovation happening in a couple of months. Exceptional service from enquiry to completion. I called due to an upstairs shower causing damage to the downstairs ceiling. The staff were helpful on the phone and arranged for Blaze to be at our property within 30 minutes. Blaze was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, he was able to identify the problem, explain it and fix it correctly. If you need a great local plumber, this is who you call.
