Seriously, getting a plumber who communicates well, arrives when they are scheduled, gives you accurate quotes, then does a really good job while being pleasant and courteous. Yes, it can happen. I couldn't be happier with the work that Ben from Rydeau Plumbing did in my place after I moved in - quite a few small jobs, all done well and cheerfully. I would recommend highly anytime.
