We're so happy about Brad's job. We actually hired another plumber to install the new taps in our bathroom, however it keeps leaking after installation. Then we found Brad to check, Brad fixed the mistakes from the previous plumber and even helped us to communicate. We feel so lucky to have found Brad, he is professional, helpful, and has integrity. We definitely will use him again.

Brad came on time and was extremely polite and professional. He fixed the valve in the tap and needed to chip away at the tiles to extract and replace the valve. He used quality parts that will last for many years. He also identified another problem and fixed it immediately. He was very fast and the quality of his workmanship was truly excellent. His prices were fair and reasonable. He has clearly been doing his trade for many years and knows how to fix all plumbing related problems and he provided great recommendations on the best course of action to take. I will be recommending Brad to my family and friends.

Brad fixed our hydronic boiler. He came less than an hour after I called. He fixed it more or less instantly. The most impressive part was he said he didn’t even really usually do much work on hydronic heating systems - but he thought on his feet and figured it out in no time. Dude’s a great problem solver and a super nice guy. Also his apprentice Max was great too. Thanks again Brad!

Amazing service Brad is an absolute champion. I called him with an issue with our hot water heater and he literally turned up in 15 minutes and it was fixed within half an hour. Incredibly reasonable price given it was an emergency call out on a Saturday morning. I will definitely be using BMF Plumbing and Gasfitting again.

Brad is a champion. I called him up for a washing machine problem that I had NFI how to fix with the details of some troubleshooting I’ve done. He communicated clearly and we were able to arrange a time on the same day. Literally came in and before I knew it he’d fixed the problem. I’ve been charged over $300 for short visits before but Brad has a conscience and I was happy to make payment on what he believed was fair, which was a bargain but at the same time, fair for his time. This is how you do business, and I’ve already given his details to a friend who needs plumbing services. Thank you Brad for your prompt, friendly, professional, and effective service.

Needed a simple plumbing job, washing machine in new apartment. Phoned Brad based on locality and Google rating, and he came around within a couple of hours to get it sorted, neat job and all good! However, there was a problem with the power supply to the outlet for the washing machine, nothing to do with Brad. But at no extra cost Brad came back the next day to see if he could help out and fix it for me. Top service from a top bloke.
