I can’t recommend Jack from EverHot Plumbing highly enough. Jack came out to assess an ongoing plumbing issue after a renovation and took the time to properly investigate what was actually happening, rather than just offering a quick fix. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest about what he found. He explained everything clearly, backed his findings with proper testing and standards, and provided a detailed written report that gave me real clarity and confidence. What stood out most was Jack’s integrity. He was upfront, professional, and genuinely cared about doing the right thing — even when it would have been easier to gloss over issues. Thanks to his diligence and clear documentation, I was finally able to understand the root cause of the problem and have it addressed properly. If you’re looking for a plumber who is competent, ethical, and prepared to stand by their work, Jack is exactly that. We would highly recommend Jack to anyone for plumbing jobs. Jack removed our old and installed our new kitchen sink and mixer this afternoon. The job was complex involving a different sized sink and need to ensure it fit with the bench. Not only did he do an awesome job but he also helped fix our water pressure issue we had with our tap. Oh my gosh - do you need a Plumber who shows up on time, will offer his advice if asked (I wasn’t sure which shower-head would suit so I wanted Jack’s opinion), does the job, cleans up, is a really nice bloke and does not over charge but provided a very resonable invoice (he happily quoted the job for us first); then Jack should be your go to plumber. Although, I actually want to write a bad review so he does not become too popular. Seriously, installed our new twin showerhead perfectly and gave me a tip about the water flow. He then didn’t mind me asking about a drain in the ensuite that was slow to drain the water from a shower. He had no hesitation to attend to this as a first step even though that’s not the specific job he had come to do. All with a calm and easy going presence too. Just a nice bloke to have on site - that does great work for fair and reasonable prices up front. Cannot rate highly enough.

After the installation of our heat pump hot water system we can heartily recommend Everhot plumbing. It was a pleasure to deal with Jack who we thought was not only extremely competent but also engaging, friendly and willing to spend the time to make sure we understood how to operate the new system. It is clear to us that Jack genuinely cares about the quality of his work and the outcomes for his clients and we would certainly call on him again the next time we need a plumber.
