We’ve used them several times to come and fix problems caused by other plumbers in the past, like badly-installed toilets. They always respond quickly to urgent issues. A good thing is that they take time to show you what the problem is and what they are going to do about it. The plumbers they send out are always friendly and cheerful. Their prices have always been reasonable as well. They are now our first-call when we need a plumber.

Raiders Plumbing have been the most reliable plumber I have used in the ACT region. From laying new pipes, plugging water leaks, to installing a gas fire place down to replacing washers and broken toilets there has never been a job they couldn't do and didn't do well. They also attended after hours and on weekends without complaint. Have recommended Pete and Dal to others and have had no bad feedback from those either. I would recommend them to anyone.

Raiders Plumbing are without a doubt the best plumbers in Canberra. I had an issue with a burst pipe in my backyard and Pete was there in no time at all to dig it up and fix it for me. In fact, we didn't choose Raiders Plumbing. We were getting some plumbing work done under an ACT Government program, and the Contractor sent out Raiders Plumbing to give a quote, and do the job. They came promptly, and within 24 hours came back with recommendations, and a quote for the work to be done- repairing and replacing a number of inside and outside tap fittings. When given the go-ahead, they made an appointment- and kept it! The work was done speedily, everything worked OK, and they cleaned up after their work. Speaking as someone who has employed plumbers in a business, Raiders service was excellent. We'll certainly call on them in the future.
