11/10! Could not fault Terence from initial contact to him doing the job, to sending me a report afterwards. I got in touch with Terence via phone after seeing him recommended on our local chat group. He was at my house two days later, on time and completed my pest control treatment without issue. He then sent me a report and receipt via email within hours. Great communication, really pleasant guy and no more spiders around here. One billion percent recommend.
