I have just recently moved in from Sydney and bought my first house, the building and pest inspection said that I need termite control, other companies that I rang just give me a random quote without checking and explaining anything. Whereas Tanveer from core pest control personally came in to my house on the same day. He explain to me how termite barrier was suppose to be done. He told me the difference between repellant and non repellant chemicals and explain to me the drilling distance between each hole where we put chemicals in.
