Andrew was outstanding. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. After a thorough inspection of my roof space he located and removed a dead rat within minutes — something a previous pest controller failed to do the day before. He also identified the rats’ travel paths and installed bait stations in the roof and along the fence line to prevent future issues. Efficient, honest, and extremely competent. I would highly recommend Andrew to anyone needing reliable pest control.
