Paul from Budget Pest Control responded to my enquiry for a quote. His service was outstanding! He provided me with unbiased advice which was in my best interest rather than just upselling me something which would benefit the companies bottom line. Ultimately, Paul's customer service impacts the bottom line in a positive fashion by creating valuable repeat customers who recommend the company to their friends and family. This is something I have no hesitation in doing based on my experience and interaction with Paul - 10/10.

Budget Pest Control is an affordable and reliable pest control service. I used them recently for my property and they did an amazing job. The serviceman that came to complete the job was very efficient. The booking process was so easy to complete as the incredibly organised woman that I spoke with, Emma, was extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process a breeze. If it wasn't for Emma's amazing customer service I may have booked with another company but thanks to her and what she had arranged for me I was so happy that I booked with Budget Pest Control. I highly recommend them.
